Ressurect amarok-utils subpackage ( amarokcollectionscanner is built on purpose to be used *without* amarok binary)
- add amarok_afttagger binary in amarok-utils subpackage
- use pkgconfig() for buildrequires
- remove non used buildrequires
- remove %defattr
- use kde4 macros
- add ffmpeg as suggests (needed for transcoding)
- remove conflicts from 2010.0
- Fix license
