- Version 4.0.1.
- Simplify packaging by merging 'python3-scons' into the main package,
  since we no longer need to provide a python2 variant.
- Drop most '*-3' aliases, but keep 'scons-3' for compatibility with
  scripts written for older Fedora/RHEL.
