- adapt to Mageia
- added BuildRequires on perl-devel
- added Fedora pkgdocdir macro to avoid unversioned %docdir usage
- add version and comment for explicit Requires on perl(Mojolicious)
- add comment on usage of %%t_requires for Requires and BuildRequires
- replace filebased Requires on qemu-img with normal Requires
- remove Requires on qemu-kvm as that is not in a separate subpackage
