- update PVR patchset to opdenkamp's final 11.0-Eden-pvr tag
- drop obsoleted HAL support (XBMC supports the newer replacements fine;
  reported by Damien Lallement)
- add support for building the package with the bundled ffmpeg using
  --with internal_ffmpeg (not enabled by default)
