- Use a seperate file for translation projects
- Fix update check for new version
- Introduce $check_updates variable to check for new version of script and datafiles
- Only move the logfile if it exists

Check if a new version of the script is available, and if so show the changes.

Add list of Mageia translation projects

The idea is to keep the list with projects seperate from the main script. 
Upon invocation of the script, the script can then get a list of the
active projects from SVN, keeping this in sync across languages and
translators without requiring everyone to check for new versions of the
script continiously.

Create new project to help with i18n work
