force ssl for transifex, to protect login
- add ldap authentication to transifex, so far for sysadmin only ( for testing purposes )
disable transifex authentication to use native one on django ( and so ldap )
deploy transifex with wsgi on apache
reload apache when transifex configuration is changed
create the database and user in postgresql
add psycopg2, required for postgresql connexion
add requires on the package, so puppet doesn't send useless errors
- add default password of x, so manifests do not fail on test vms
- do not let file with passwords to be world readable
( even if being readable by apache is not good either, but needed as the password is used by apache )
- use ldaps for sympa
- use the 2 new facter macro and remove the version copied everywhere
- remove hardcoded domain in bugzilla and others
Add 30-site.conf ( WIP )

- add a proto module for taking care of pam ( need pam_ldap, etc support, and a review of the pam config file too )
Change transifex password
- fix the name of the file ( or it will conflict with blog class )

Add puppet conf for transifex
