SILENT Fixed build and check with new pre-2.4.0 git snapshot. SILENT Enabled haltonerror and haltonfailure in unit tests so check now SILENT really does check the tests pass. SILENT One test group fails due to running multiple class loaders, each SILENT trying to load the runtime DLL. Don't know how that could ever SILENT work, so have disabled those tests.
