Here's what you should modify if you want to use the squidGuard |

blacklists.tar.gz (i'm using here the extended one from the links section - |

Fabrice Pringent's web site) |

1. download the archive |

2. use the blacklist conf file |
| 13 |

copy your previous /us/share/naat/template/etc/squid/squidGuard.conf |

template and use the above instead. |

3. copy the blacklists.tar.gz archive in the /usr/share/squidGuard-1.1.4/ |

directory and untar the archive (tar xzvf blacklists.tar.gz) |

4. copy everything in the db directory (cp -a blacklists/* db/) |

fix the permissions |

5. chown -R root.root db/ |

6. chmod -R 0755 db/ |

8. reconfigure squid and activate squidguard through the web interface to |

apply the template and create the new /ets/squid/squidGuard.conf file |
