- Add patch404 from fedora to remove dbus warning connection - Build the webkit plugin for designer ( mga #6425) SILENT: to fix this we need to build Qt4 with webkit support, however since we're providing qtwebkit as standalone package to ease upgrade for potential security fix in qtwebkit we're rm -rf webkit files @ the end of the build keeping only the designer webkit plugin

- fix build to use our optflags - do not alter installed mkspecs to contain our optflags that made qmake to use our flags by default even when not building an rpm (we have %qmake_qt4 which overrides the flags) - override QMAKE_STRIP in %qmake_qt4 to keep debug packages working after the above change
