Resync patch7 with fedora's one (solid will be able to see NFS disks fedora #751879)
- Add patch210 to fix a crash of kcharselect ( kde #23520 & mga #3174)
- Add patch400 to fix kde #280446 (Don't hang when determining MIME type of corrupted files)
- Add patch401 to fix a crash of KWebWallet kde #270209 (Do not attempt to save passwords into the wallet when the key supplied does not exist)
- Add patch402 to fix mga #1324 (fix an authorization permission on first boot to create ~/.local/share/user-places.xbel)
- Add patch403 to fix kde #181847 (Show LUKS crypted partitions on local hard drive in Dolphin)
