Add 201301 transactions, and fix 2012 report error
There is an error in 2012 report numbers. We have 861.31 euros more on the
account than expected. I didn't find where exactly the error come from
(maybe forgotten donations in the report), So I added a transaction of
861.31 euros with "unknown" as description to correct the error and
recouncil balance.
