mageia-accounts.gsb: Add transactions from 2011

Added using infos from pdf report :

There is an error of 31.09 euros that I added as Unknown debit on
31/12/2011 :

   5373.75 (2010 account total)
+ 11150.96 (donations received in 2011)
-  8327.25 (expenses in 2011)
-----------
   8197.46

But total for the accounts at end of 2011 is 8166.37 euros according to
pdf report.

And unfortunatly report on web page also have different numbers from the
pdf report for donations received (10769 according to web page, 11150.96
according to pdf) and expenses (8321.00 according to web page, 8327.25
according to pdf), so there are errors somewhere ...
